PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS

The purchase of any tour package or service from us constitutes a contractual agreement between you as the client and us as the service provider, and indicates your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions listed below. Please read and fully understand these terms before making a booking.

BOOKING A PACKAGE / SERVICE & TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

• Clients can make a reservation for any tour or service through phone calls, WhatsApp messages/calls, email, by filling out the online booking form, or by visiting our Basecamp directly.
• Note: We do not have any branches or official representatives elsewhere except at our main basecamp located in Senaru Village.
• A booking is considered confirmed once we have verified the availability of the selected package or service.
• We take no responsibility for any differing information or prices offered by third parties or agents.
• Clients are required to provide valid personal details including Full Name as per passport, Passport Number, Nationality, Date of Birth, and estimated Height/Weight at the time of booking.
• We are not responsible for incorrect names or passport numbers that may result in trekkers being denied entry into Mount Rinjani National Park.
• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of request.
• Please ensure your passport and visa are valid for at least six (6) months from your date of entry into Indonesia.
• We are not liable for any issues arising from invalid travel documents.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT

• A deposit is required to secure your booking. Due to the limited number of trekking permits issued daily, a deposit is necessary for us to process and confirm your reservation.
• Accommodation bookings require a non-refundable one-night down payment.
• Boat or flight tickets must be fully paid (100%) in advance.
• Bookings will not be confirmed unless these payment conditions are fulfilled.
• Deposits for trekking packages are non-refundable in accordance with the policies of Mount Rinjani National Park.
• Reservation fees for accommodation or transport services are subject to the respective provider's policy.
• Final payment must be completed upon arrival at our basecamp, before the tour starts.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation by Clients:

• 100% of the trekking package deposit is non-refundable, as per National Park regulations.
• Clients are not required to pay the full tour cost before arrival.
• If a client cancels the trek after arriving but before departing to the starting point, any refund will be calculated based on actual costs incurred, including: transportation, accommodation, service tax, and cancellation fees for drivers, guides, and porters.
• No refunds will be issued once the tour has started, or for any unused services such as transportation, meals, accommodation, or other inclusions.

Cancellation by Mount Rinjani National Park Authority:

• The park authorities reserve the right to cancel all tours or mountaineering activities at any time due to circumstances beyond our control or due to natural events such as landslides, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, fires, extreme weather, or civil unrest, with or without prior notice.
• We accept no liability for compensation or other costs that may result from such cancellations.

INSURANCE

• Please be aware that we do not provide personal travel insurance.
• Trek insurance is included with the permit fee and is arranged by the National Park authority.
• We highly recommend purchasing your own international travel insurance from your home country for broader coverage and protection.
